Let's get started.

1.  Open a new canvas 600 x 600 transparent background

2.  Open up the Heart Chicken Wire in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer".

3.  Open up the Frame 2 in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer".

4.  Click on your frame layer to make it active then take your magic wand tool and
click inside the frame until you have marching ants
The best settings I found to do this with are as follows;
(see print screen below)
Mode: Add(shift), Match mode: RGB Value, Tolerance: 102, Contiguous checked, Feather: 0, Anti-alias checked, Inside

5.
"Selections", "Modify", "Expand" and choose "5"

6.  Open up one of the papers supplied in PSP (I chose to use paper 6) and *selections*, *select all* then "edit", *copy* go back to your main canvas and *edit*, *paste as a new layer* Then "selections",  "invert" and hit the delete key on your keyboard.  On your layer palette move the paper layer UNDER your frame layer then "selections", "select none".  You can now merge those 2 layers by right clicking on your frame layer in your layer palette and "merge down"

7.  Open up the Crosses in PSP.  Choose which cross you'd like to use  then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer".  Move it to the left side of your frame
(see my print screen for what I have now)

8.  On your layer palette right click on your cross layer and "duplicate" then go up to "image" then
"mirror"
(you should now have another cross on the right hand side of your frame).  On your layer palette right click on the top cross layer and "merge down" merging both cross layers on to 1

9.  From the scrap kit open Heart and
"Edit", "Copy" go back to you main canvas and "edit" , "paste as a new layer" then reduce size to  25% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "90%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move the heart up and to the left and rest it on the top of the left cross
(see my print screen below for what i have now)

10.  On your layer palette right click on your heart layer and "duplicate" then go up to "image" then
"mirror"
(you should now have another heart on the right hand side of your frame).  On your layer palette right click on the top heart layer and "merge down" merging both heart layers on to 1.

11.   Open up the tube in PSP and "edit", "copy" go back to your main canvas and "edit", "paste as new layer" then reduce size to  65% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "65%" all layers UNCHECKED move the tube into the centre of the frame and with your eraser tool erase along the bottom so it looks like she's coming out of the frame.
(see print screen below for what I have now)

12.  Activate your text took and with the font "Black Oak" size 45 type out your name.  For my Background and  Fill color I used #3b0110 and for my foregraound and stroke properties I used color #433b2d.  I set my stroke width to 0.5.  On your layer palette move your text layer BELOW your frame layer.

13.  You can now go back and give any of your layers a drop shadow if you like.  I used the following settings to give most of my laters a drop shadow

14.  Add the appropriate copyright information to your tag.

15.  Save your tag as a "png" file to preserve the transparent background or as a jpg file which will give you a white background.

You're ALL DONE
