Let's get started.

Open all the supplies from the supplies folder in PSP

1.  Open a new canvas 600 x 600 white background

2.  Click on your bcs_bloom_three in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer"  then reduce size to  85% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "85%" all layers UNCHECKED.

3.
Click on your bcs_bloom_three in PSP to make it active. Take your magic wand tool and click inside the frame  until you have marching ants
(See my settings below)
Mode: Add(shift), Match mode: RGB Value, Tolerance: 102, Contiguous checked, Feather: 0, Anti-alias checked, Inside
image

4.  Go up to "Selections", then "Modify" and choose "expand" and 10 pixels

 5. Using your tube click on the bottom layer of the tube (the layer that has the full image with it)
"Selections", "Select All" then "Edit", "Copy" go back to your bcs_bloom_three frame image "edit" , "paste as a new layer" . Move the part of the tube you want showing in the frame. I moved her face into the frame and also reduced the size of the tube to about 85%. Then up to "Selections", "invert" then hit your "delete key" on your keyboard. Move this layer below your bcs_bloom_three  frame layer. "Selections", "Select None".  On your layer palette right click on your bcs_bloom_three  top layer and "merge down" merging your frame and tube layer together.  You can set this aside for now as we're going to add this framed image to our main tag a bit later
(see my print screen below for what mine looks like to this point)

6.   Click on your bcs_frame in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer"  then reduce size to  55% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "55%" all layers UNCHECKED.  With your Magic Wand tool using the same settings as previous click inside the frame  until you have marching ants. "Selections", then "Modify" and choose "expand" and 2 pixels

7.   Again using the bottom layer of your tube that has the full image in it  "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" Then up to "Selections", "invert" then hit your "delete key" on your keyboard. Move this layer below your bcs_bloom_three  frame layer.  "Selections - select none'

8. Along your top tool bar go up to "Adjust - Blur - Guassin Blur" and use the settings shown in the print screen below.

9.   Click on your bcs_frame again to make it active and take your magic wand tool click inside the frame again until you see marching ants.  "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer the bcs_roses and move it up and over to the left inside your frame (I wanted my rosees to show more on the left side of my frame).  "Seletions - invert" then hit the "delete" key on your keyboard.  On your layer palette change the blend mode to "Screen" and reduce the opacity down to about 60%.  "Selections - select none"
(see my print screen below for what I have now)

10.  Ok now it's time to add our other frame that we did (in step 5 that we put aside). I want you to go back to that and click on it to make it active then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer".  Move it up to the upper left corner of your main frame
(see my print screen for where I placed mine)

11.  This next step we're going to erase part of the frame so it looks like it's hanging off the corner of the frame.  I'll detail how I usually do this so hopefully it'll help if you've never done this before.
On your layer palette click on the small frame layer and "duplicate" then
drag this duplicated layer UNDER your main frame layer
(see my print screen below for what my layer palette looks like)

On your layer palette click on your top layer (which should be your small frame layer).  Reduce the opacity of this layer down until you can just see through enough to the layer underneath.  This will help guide you in what you would like to erase.  Take your eraser tool and start to erase a part of the frame.  Increase the opacity up again to 100% to see if it looks like you'd like. If not just go up to "edit - undo" and try it again.  In my case I erased along the top and over to the left a bit.  Once you're happy with what you've done make sure the opacity of your top layer is back to 100% and it's done.
(see my print screen below for how mine looks done)

12. Using the Floral Vase Layer of your tube "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer"  then reduce size to  65% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "65%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move it over to the right inside of the frame.

13. "Edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" your main tube then reduce size to  75% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "75%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move the tube into the centre of your frame.
(see print screen below for what mine looks like to this point)

14.  Click on your bcs_ribbon_tail then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer"  then reduce size to  65% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "65%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move it so it's laying across the bottom of your frame then on your layer palette right click on this layer and "duplicate".  Go up to "image - mirror"  then reduce size to  50% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "50%" all layers UNCHECKED. Move it over to the left hand bottom side of your frame.  Click on your bcs_duo_color_bow_flower then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer"  then reduce size to  20% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "20%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move it over to the left side of the ribbons so it's sitting on top of the left hand side ribbon.
(see my print screen below for how mine looks)

15. On your layer palette click on your main tube layer to make it active and with your eraser tool erase the part of her leg/foot that is showing below the ribbon.

16. Click on your bcs_satin_bow then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer"  then reduce size to  45% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "45%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move it up to the top of your small frame.

17.  Click on your bcs_wordart_dark then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer"  then reduce size to  35% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "35%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move it to the top of your canvas and give it a drop shadow of your choice. I used a lighter cream color to match my tube for the drop shadow.

18.  Click on your bcs_wordart then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer"  then reduce size to  65% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "65%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move it to the bottom of your canvas and give it the same drop shadow as you did previously.

19.  With your text tool activated add your name.  I used the font LainieDaySH Size 38 for mine color #802c2a and gave it the same drop shadow I used on my wordart.
17.  Add all the proper copyright information and save as a jpg or png file and you're.

25.  Add your copyright information, save as a jpg (which will give it a white background) or png (close off the visibility of your white background layer) which will save it as a transparent background
and you're

ALL DONE!!

**Note** My preview shows some "noise" added to my tag. If you'd like to do that as well and don't know how to add noise to a tag you can use the "DSB Flux Filter - Bright Noise". I have written a tutorial on how to use this filter if you'd like to try the tutorial to add the noise to your tag.

You can find the tutorial
HERE

Animation really isn't necessary with this tag as it looks just as nice without ;)

Sample of tag saved as a png file below

I  hope you have enjoyed this tutorial
