Fantasy League
For this tutorial you will need

* Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Elizabeth Austin which is a  PTU Tube which you can purchase from Up Your Art (UYA) HERE
(This is a great tube and has extra layers with it, a close up and a layer with a baseball as well)

*  Template -  Baseball Template made by me which you can download from my Template page HERE

*  Word Art- Made by me which you can download HERE

*  Plug In - Alien Skin Eyecandy 3 & Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation

These are both PTU filters which I cannot supply however if you don't have Eyecandy 3 you can use a drop shadow of your choice instead
If you don't have Xenofex then you don't have to animate this tag as it looks just as great without the animation
If you'd like more information on purchasing (or trying a trial copy) you can visit Alien Skin's website
HERE

*  Plug In - Mura Meister - Copies which you can download HERE
Unzip the plugin and save to your plugins folder

5.  On you layer palette click on your background layer to make it active.  Go up to "Selections - Select All" then "Selections - Float" then "Selections - Defloat" With your flood fill tool fill your bottom layer with a color of your choice.  I matched up the color with a color from my tube

7.  On your layer palette click on the "border" layer to make it active then take your magic wand tool and
click inside the box until you have marching ants
The best settings I found to do this with are as follows;
(see print screen below)
Mode: Add(shift), Match mode: RGB Value, Tolerance: 102, Contiguous checked, Feather: 0, Anti-alias checked, Inside
