Let's get started.

From the scrapkit open up the following in PSP;
LHD_Simply_Purple_element7
LHD_Simply_Purple_element12
LHD_Simply_Purple_element17
LHD_Simply_Purple_element24
LHD_Simply_Purple_element27
LHD_Simply_Purple_element30
LHD_Simply_Purple_element31
LHD_Simply_Purple_element33
LHD_Simply_Purple_element38
LHD_Simply_Purple_element41
LHD_Simply_Purple_Frame4
LHD_Simply_Purple_Paper12

1.  Open a new canvas 700 x 700 white background

2.  Click on your LHD_Simply_Purple_Frame4  in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer"  then reduce size to  85% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "85%" all layers UNCHECKED. Move your frame over to the right side of your canvas as far as it will go.

3.  Click on your LHD_Simply_Purple_Frame4  to make it active. Take your magic wand tool and click inside the frame  until you have marching ants
(See my settings below)
Mode: Add(shift), Match mode: RGB Value, Tolerance: 102, Contiguous checked, Feather: 0, Anti-alias checked, Inside
image

4.  Go up to "Selections", then "Modify" and choose "expand" and 5 pixels

5.  Click on your LHD_Simply_Purple_Paper12 in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" then up to "Selections", "invert" then hit your "delete key" on your keyboard. Move this layer below your frame layer. "Selections - Select None"

6.  "Edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" your tube then reduce size to about 45% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "45%" all layers UNCHECKED. Move your tube into the centre of your frame.  (Be sure on your layer palette your tube layer is UNDER your frame layer and on top of your paper layer)
(see my print screen below for what I have now)

7.   "Edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" LHD_Simply_Purple_element41 then reduce size to about 65% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "65%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Go up to "image - free rotate" and use the settings I've shown in the print screen below.

8.  On your layer palette right click on your element41 layer and "duplicate". Next go up to "image - mirror" then on your layer palette right click on your top element41 layer and "merge down" merging your 2 element41 layers together.  Go up to "image - flip" then move your merged element41 layer to the bottom of your frame area
(see print screen below for what I have now)

9.   "Edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" LHD_Simply_Purple_element17 and move it over to the right hand side of your frame.  On your layer palette drag this layer all the way to the bottom so just a bit of the greenery and flowers are peeking out from behind the right hand side of the frame.

10.   "Edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" LHD_Simply_Purple_element30 and move it to the bottom left hand side of your frame.

11.    "Edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" LHD_Simply_Purple_element30 and move it to the bottom left hand side of your floral arrangement.  I then took my eraser tool and erased parts of the lantern so it looks like the flowers and partially in front of the lantern. Remember you can always "edit - undo" it if you don't like it then try again.

12.   "Edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" LHD_Simply_Purple_element24 and move it to where you'd like. If you have any flowers that are over top of your tube then just take your eraser tool and erase those flowers off.

13.   "Edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" LHD_Simply_Purple_element27 then reduce size to about 65% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "65%" all layers UNCHECKED. Move the bow into the centre of the bigger bow on the frame
(see my print screen below for what I have now)

14. "Edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" LHD_Simply_Purple_element38 then reduce size to about 65% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "65%" all layers UNCHECKED. Move the tag to the upper right hand side of your frame

15.  With your text tool type out your name. Then I went up to "image - rotate" using the same settings as we did in step #7

25.  Add your copyright information, save as a jpg (which will give it a white background) or png (close off the visibility of your white background layer) which will save it as a transparent background
and you're

ALL DONE!!

**Note** My preview shows some "noise" added to my tag. If you'd like to do that as well and don't know how to add noise to a tag you can use the "DSB Flux Filter - Bright Noise". I have written a tutorial on how to use this filter if you'd like to try the tutorial to add the noise to your tag.

You can find the tutorial
HERE

Animation really isn't necessary with this tag as it looks just as nice without ;)

Sample of tag saved as a png file below

I  hope you have enjoyed this tutorial
