For this tutorial you will need

* Scrap Kit I used is called "Butterfly Keeper" by Shell's Scraps which you can purchase from Shell's Scraps Blog HERE

Font Of Your Choice
(I'm using the font Passions Conflict)

**************************************

LET'S BEGIN

1. Open a new canvas 600 x 600 white background

2. From the Butterfly Keeper Kit open up in PSP the following;

butterfly19
butterfly20
flower4
frame1
wordart1
paper19
at least 3 other butterflies of your choice

3.  Go to yourframe1 and "edit", "copy", then back to your main canvas and "edit", "paste as a new layer" then
reduce size to  50% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "50%" all layers
UNCHECKED

4.  We're going to add some "noise" to the frame by going to "Adjust", "Add/Remove Noise", "Add Noise". See my print screen below for settings.

5.  Take your magic wand tool and
click inside the frame until you have marching ants
The best settings I found to do this with are as follows;
(see print screen below)
Mode: Add(shift), Match mode: RGB Value, Tolerance: 102, Contiguous checked, Feather: 0, Anti-alias checked, Inside

5. "Selections", "Modify", "Expand" and choose "5"

6.  From the scrap kit go to Paper 19 (or any paper of your choice) and
"Selections", "Select All" then "Edit", "Copy" go back to you main canvas and "edit" , "paste as a new layer".

7. "Selections", "invert" then hit your "delete key" on your keyboard. Move this layer below your frame layer.
"Selections", "Select None".

8.  From the scrap kit go to flower4  and
"Edit", "Copy" go back to you main canvas and "edit" , "paste as a new layer" then reduce size to  55% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "55%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move this to the right of your frame. (On your layer palette make sure this layer is your top layer)
(see my print screen below for what I have now)

9.  Open up one of the posers from the kit.  I choose to use SSLisa - Cookie - Tink 2 and reduce it to a size you like.  I choose to reduce mine to 55%.  Place it in your frame.  I erased the bottom of my tube so it looked like she was coming out of the frame
(see print screen for what I have now)

10.
From the scrap kit go to Wordart 1 "Edit", "Copy" go back to you main canvas and "edit" , "paste as a new layer" then reduce size to  35% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "35%" all layers UNCHECKED  Move it to the bottom of your frame.

11.  Go to "selections" "select all", "selections" "float" then
"selections" "defloat", "Slections", "modify", "expand by 2 pixels"

12.  "Layers",  "New Raster Layer" then floodfill that layer with white.  On your layer's palette move that layer UNDER your wordart layer. Right click on your wordart layer and
"merge down"

13.  With your wordart layer still selected open up a few butterflies from the scrap kit and reduce the size down on the butterflies to your liking (I choose 50%).  On each butterfly "edit", then "copy" and go back to your main canvas and "edit" "paste as a new layer"  move the butterfly over top of your wordart starting on the left hand side placing what part of the butterfly you want showing on your wordart.  Continue to do that until you have filled each letter with your butterflies.

14.  "Selections",  "invert" then on your layer palette on each of your butterfly layers hit the "delete" key on your keyboard.

15.  On your layers palette close off the visibility (by clicking on the eye to the left of your layer on your layer palette) of all layers EXCEPT the butterfly layers you just added AND the wordart layer.  Right click on any of the butterfly layers and "merge visible".  Open back up all the hidden layers by clicking on the eye again to the left of the layer.

16.  On your layer palette click on your wordart layer to make it active and go to "selections" "select all", "selections" "float" then "selections" "defloat", "Slections", "modify", "expand by 2 pixels".  "Layers",  "New Raster Layer" then floodfill that layer with white.  On your layer's palette move that layer UNDER your wordart layer. Right click on your wordart layer and
"merge down"
(see my print screen below for what i have now)

17.  Choosing a script type font (I used passions conflict) activate your text tool and type out the word "wishes".  I used a green color for my font to match my tube then "selections" "select all", "selections" "float" then "selections" "defloat", "Slections", "modify", "expand by 2 pixels".  "Layers",  "New Raster Layer" then floodfill that layer with white.  On your layer's palette move that layer UNDER your "Wishes" wordartlayer . Right click on your wordart layer and "merge down"

11.   From the scrap kit go to Butterfly 19 and Butterfly 20 and "Edit", "Copy" go back to you main canvas and "edit" , "paste as a new layer" then reduce the size of each to your liking placing one on the letter "B" and the other on top of her hand so she looks likes she's holding it.

17  Activate your text tool and add your name.

18  Add all the proper copyright information and save as a jpg or png file and you're.

ALL DONE

**Note** My preview shows some "noise" added to my tag. If you'd like to do that as well and don't know how to add noise to a tag you can use the "DSB Flux Filter - Bright Noise". I have written a tutorial on how to use this filter if you'd like to try the tutorial to add the noise to your tag.

You can find the tutorial HERE

Animation really isn't necessary with this tag as it looks just as nice without ;)

I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial and as always I love to see your results and would love even more to post them on my website on the "Tutorials Results" page. Just go to my "contact me" page and send me a message.
