For this tutorial you will need

* Tube of choice, I am using the beautiful artwork of Arthur Crowe which is a Commissioned Exclusive Tube which was a gift from Marie from Scraps In The City (SATC) to anyone that is part of her Facebook Group HERE

You can also visit Scraps And The City for other incredible tubes and Scrap Kits HERE

*Mask - Unfortunately I cannot find the maker of this mask. It's been in my supplies folder for quite sometime. I have included it in the supplies and have not changed the file name on it. If anyone knows who the maker of the mask is please email me and I will include a link to their website.

*  Supplies - made by me which you can download HERE
(please do NOT share these supplies elsewhere.)

Let's Begin

In PSP Open up all the contents from your supplies folder

1.
Open a new canvas 600 x 600 white background

2.  "Edit - copy", then "edit -paste as a new layer" the  "LadyhawwkMariePaper1" on to your main canvas.

3.  Along your top tool bar go to "Layers - New Mask Layer - From Image" arrow down and look for your "ljnx-4" mask and use the settings I've shown in the print screen below.

4.  On your layer palette right click on your mask layer, "merge - group"

5. From your supplies folder "edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" the  "LadhyawwkClusterFrame" t
hen reduce the size by 80% by
going to "Image" , "Resize" "80%" all layers UNCHECKED

6.    Along your top tool bar go to "Image - Free Rotate" and use the settings I've shown in my print screen below.

7.  I moved my frame up and over to the right a bit.

(see my print screen below for what I have now)

8.  On your layer palette click on your frame layer to make sure it's active.  Take your magic wand tool and click inside all three frames until you have marching ants
The best settings I found to do this with are as follows;
(see print screen below)
Mode: Add(shift), Match mode: RGB Value, Tolerance: 102, Contiguous checked, Feather: 0, Anti-alias checked, Inside

image

9. "Selections", "Modify", "Expand" and choose "5" then "Edit", "Copy" and "edit" , "paste as a new layer" the "LadyhawwkMariePaper1"
.  Go up to "Selections - Invert" then hit the "delete" key on your keyboard. On your layer palette drag your paper layer UNDER your frame layer.  "Selections - Select None"

10. On your layer palette click on your frame layer to make sure it's active.  Take your magic wand tool and click inside one of the frames until you have marching ants (I started with my far left hand side frame) then "edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" your tube and move a part of the tube you want showing in your frame.  Go up to "selections - invert" and hit the "delete" key on your keyboard. Move this layer UNDER your frame layer then "Selections - Select None".

11.  Repeat step 10 using different parts of the tube for each frame, making sure all the tube layers are under your frame layer.  Once all your tubes have been added close off the visibility of each layer on your layer palette (by clicking on the eye to the left of the layer) EXCEPT the 3 tube layers.  On your layer palette right click on any of the layers and "merge visible" (merging your 3 tube layers together). On your layer palette change the blend mode of your tubes layer to "darken"  Unhide all the layers that you hid by clicking the eye again to open back up the visibility.

(see my print screen below for what I have now)

12.  "Edit - copy", then "edit -paste as a new layer" the  "LadyhawwkFlowerBunch1" on to your main canvas.  On your layer palette drag this layer above your mask layer.

13.  "Edit - copy", then "edit -paste as a new layer" the  "LadhyawwkRibbonBow" on to your main canvas.  On your layer palette drag this layer above your LadyhawwkFlowerBunch1 and move it up so that the bow is just peeking above the frame

(see my print screen below for where i've positioned mine)

14.  "Edit - copy", then "edit -paste as a new layer" the  "LadyhawwkFlowerBunch1" on to your main canvas agan and on you layer palette move it to the very top so it's your top layer. Reduce the size to 60% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "60%" all layers UNCHECKED.   "Image - Free Rotate" and use the settings that we used for the frame in step #6.  Move your flower bunch to the centre of your frame and along the bottom.

15.  "Edit", "copy", then "edit", "paste as a new layer" your tube and move to the left slightly.

(see my print screen below for where I've positioned mine)

16.  Using a Script font type out your name. I used the same font for the whole name but made the first letter bigger than the rest.  I then activated my eraser tool and erased parts of the font that overlapped the tube so it looks like the name is intertwining amoungst the tube.

17.  Add your copyright information, save as a jpg (which will give it a white background) or png (close off the visibility of your white background layer) which will save it as a transparent backgroundand you're

ALL DONE!!
