Let's get started.

From the scrapkit open up the following in PSP;
AD_Frame6
Amaranth
CIZ- Element6
darkgothicSkulls
darkgoticheart2
paper16
Spooky Tree
Wordart

Note: Drop shadow your layers as you go if you wish. The drop Shadow used throughout is;
Vertical - 3
Horizontal - 2
Opacity - 20
Blur - 3
Color - Black

1.  Open a new canvas 700 x 700 white background.

2.   "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the darkgoticheart2 then  REDUCE the size to 65% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "65%" all layers UNCHECKED.

3.  Go up to your "Effects", "Plugins" and find the MuRa's Meister filter then choose "copies"
( See my print screen below for the settings I used.)

4.  Go up to your "Effects", "Plugins" and find the Eyecandy 3.1 filter then choose "glow"
( See my print screen below for the settings I used.)

5.
Click on your Spooky Tree in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer"  and move it up just a little bit and over to the left.  On your layer palette right click on it and "duplicate" then up to "image - flip".  On your layer palette right click on your TOP Spooky Tree layer and "merge - down" merging your 2 spooky tree layers together.  On your layer palette right click on your merged spooky tree layer and "duplicate" then up to "image - mirror".  On your layer palette right click on your TOP merged layer and "mege - down" merging both your merged spooky layers together.  Add the same "glow" as we did in step #4 except change the "opacity" to 10.
(see my print screen below for what I have now)

6. On your layer palette click on your circular frame layer to make it active then t
ake your magic wand tool and click inside the inside the circular frame until you have marching ants. The best settings I found to do this with are as follows;
(see print screen below)
Mode: Add(shift), Match mode: RGB Value, Tolerance: 102, Contiguous checked, Feather: 0, Anti-alias checked, Inside

7.
"Selections", "Modify", "Expand" and choose "5"

8.  Open a paper of choice, I chose Paper 16.   "Edit", "Copy" then back to your main canvas and "edit", "paste as a new layer".  "Selections" "Invert" (make sure you're on your paper layer) and hit your "delete" key on your keyboard.  On you layers palette move your paper layer UNDER your wreath layer
"Selections - Select None"

9.  Click on your Amaranth element in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" then decrease the size to 85% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "85%" all layers UNCHECKED and move it over to the right hand side of your frame. Notice how it's inbetween your frame layer and your paper layer. On your layer palette right click on it and "duplicate" then up to "image - mirror".  On your layer palette right click on your TOP Amaranth layer and "merge - down" merging your 2 Amaranth layers together. Copy and paste the amaranth element again resizing 85% again and move it to the top of your frame.
(see my print screen below for what I have now)

10.  "Edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" your tube.  I decreased the size down to about 95% and move it into the centre of your frame.
I then took my eraser tool and just erased the bottom of her legs where it overlapped the bottom of the frame to make it look like she was coming out of the frame.
(see my print screen below for what I did)

11.  Click on your CIZ- Element6  element in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" then decrease the size to 20% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "20%" all layers UNCHECKED and move it over to the right hand side of your frame. On your layer palette right click on it and "duplicate" then up to "image - mirror".  On your layer palette right click on your TOP CIZ- Element6  layer and "merge - down" merging your 2 CIZ- Element6  layers together.

12  Click on your darkgothicSkulls  element in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" then decrease the size to 45% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "45%" all layers UNCHECKED and move it over to the right hand side of your frame. On your layer palette right click on it and "duplicate" then up to "image - mirror". On your layer palette right click on your TOP darkgothicSkulls layer and "merge - down" merging your 2 darkgothicSkulls layers together.

13.  Copy and paste your darkgothicskulls element again on to your main canvas and resize down to 30% and move it to the bottom centre of your frame. On your layer palette right click on your TOP darkgothicSkulls layer and "merge - down" merging your smaller skulls layer with your already merged skulls layer below.  On your layer palette change the "blend mode" to "Luminance(legacy)"

14.   On your layer palette click on your tube layer to make it active and drag it all the way to the top so it's your top layer.
(see my print screen below for what I have now)

15.  Click on your wordart in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" then decrease the size to 65% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "65%" all layers UNCHECKED and move it to the centre bottom of your frame right above the skulls.

16.
With your text tool type out your name. I used the font ponytailscript55k size 125.  And I had my Background/Fill properties box set at the color black and my Foreground/Stroke properties box set at a deeper red.  Had my stroke width set to 1.

17.  Add the artist copyright information and save as a jpg or png file
(If you'd like a transparent background click on the eye on your layer palette to the left of your bottom white layer to hide it then save your tag as a png file)

ALL DONE!!
