From the kit open up the following in PSP;
bow-1
chain-dangle
heart-jewel

speakers
triple-frame

Note: Drop shadow your layers as you go if you wish. The drop Shadow used throughout is;
Vertical - 3
Horizontal - 2
Opacity - 20
Blur - 3
Color - Black

1.  Open a new canvas 700 x 700 white background.

2.
"Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the chain dangle then  REDUCE the size to 65% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "65%" all layers UNCHECKED.

3.  Go up to "Image - Free Rotate" and use the settings I've shown in my print screen below.
(free rotate settings shown in print screen below)

4.  Go up to your "Effects", "Plugins" and find the MuRa's Meister filter then choose "copies" then  REDUCE the size to 85% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "85%" all layers UNCHECKED.
( See my print screen below for the settings I used.)

(see my print screen below for what I have now)

5.   "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the heart-jewel then  INCREASE the size to 110% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "110%" all layers UNCHECKED.

6.     "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the bow-1 then DECREASE the size to 75% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "75%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move the bow to the top of the heart
(see my print screen below for where I placed mine)

7.  On your layer palette right click on your bow layer and "duplicate" then go up to "image - flip".  On your layer palette right click on your TOP bow layer and "merge down" merging your 2 bow layers together.  On your layer palette "right click" on your merged bow layer and "duplicate" then go up to Go up to "Image - Free Rotate" and use the same settings that we did in step #3 (rotating 90 degrees to the right).  On your layer palette right click on your top merged bow layer and "merge down" merging all the bow layers together.
(see my print screen below for what I have now.)

8. "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the ribbon curl-1 then DECREASE the size to 65% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "65%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move the ribbon into the centre.

13.

14.  Open a paper of choice, I chose Paper 6.   "Edit", "Copy" then back to your main canvas and "edit", "paste as a new layer".  "Selections" "Invert" (make sure you're on your paper layer) and hit your "delete" key on your keyboard.  On you layers palette move your paper layer UNDER your frame layer

15.    "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas your tube and move it into the left hand side of the frame.  On your layer palette change the "blend mode" to "hard light".  Up to "Selections - Select None"

16.   "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the chain dangle then  REDUCE the size to 50% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "50%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move the chain over to the left side of the frame so the top looks like it's attached to the top left of the frame

19.   "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the heart-jewel then  DECREASE the size to 10% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "10%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move it to the top of your left chain then on your layer palette right click and "duplicate" and move your duplicated heart-jewel to the top of the right chain.  On your layer palette right click on your top heart layer and "merge down" merging your 2 heart  layers together.
(see my print screen for whave I have now)

20.  "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas you main tube then  DECREASE the size to 85% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "85%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move it over to the right hand side of your frame.  Make sure that your main tube layer is your TOP layer on your layer palette.
(see my print screen below for where I placed mine)

21. Now what we want to do is make it look like her leg and the guitar are intertwined .  The best way I've found to do this is to duplicate my tube layerDrag your duplicated tube layer BELOW your chains layer.  On your layer palette click on your TOP tube layer (should be your very top layer) and with your eraser tool activated start erasing parts of her leg where it looks like the chain would be.  You'll see her leg or guitar start to appear. Continue to erase parts until you are happy.  Remember you can always "edit-undo" anything that's not working and try again.

22.  "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the word art, then  DECREASE the size to 45% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "45%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move it up above your frame.

23.  Add your name (I used a script type font)

24.  Add the artist copyright information and save as a jpg or png file
(If you'd like a transparent background click on the eye on your layer palette to the left of your bottom white layer to hide it then save your tag as a png file)

ALL DONE!!

**Note**
My preview shows some "noise" added to my tag. If you'd like to do that as well and don't know how to add noise to a tag you can use the "DSB Flux Filter - Bright Noise". I have written a tutorial on how to use this filter if you'd like to try the tutorial to add the noise to your tag.

You can find the tutorial HERE

Animation really isn't necessary with this tag as it looks just as nice without ;)
I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial
