Pink Hot Valentine

For this tutorial you will need

* Tube of choice, I am using the work of Gennadiy Koufay. It is a PTU Tube which you can purchase from CILM
HERE

* Scrap Kit I used is made by me called "A Mix Of Valentine" which you can get on my FTU Scrap Area on my website HERE

Font that I used is called "Love Light"which you can get HERE

Let's Begin

1. Open a new canvas 600 x 600 white background

2. From the Scrap Kit open up in PSP the following;

LHDValFrame3
LHDValPaper6
LHDValElement6
LHDValHeartpink
LHDValPinkbow3
LHDValPinkbow6
LHDValRibbon3

1. Starting with your LHDValFrame3 "edit", "copy"  go back to your main canvas and "edit" then "paste as a new layer" on to your new canvas. reduce size to 85% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "85%" all layers UNCHECKED

2.  Take your magic wand tool and
click inside the frame until you have marching ants
The best settings I found to do this with are as follows;
(see print screen below)
Mode: Add(shift), Match mode: RGB Value, Tolerance: 102, Contiguous checked, Feather: 0, Anti-alias checked, Inside

3.
"Selections", "Modify", "Expand" and choose "5"

4.  From the scrap kit find the paper you should already have open in PSP LHDValPaper6 and
"Selections", "Select All" then "Edit", "Copy" go back to you main canvas and "edit" , "paste as a new layer".

5. "Selections", "invert" then hit your "delete key" on your keyboard. Move this layer below your frame layer.
"Selections", "Select None".
(see my print screen below for what you should have now)

6.  On your layer palette
right click on your frame layer and "merge down" (what you are doing is merging the frame layer with your paper layer)

8.   Go up to "Image", then "Free Rotate" and rotate to the left by 25 degrees All layers and
rotate single layer around canvas center
UNCHECKED
(see my print screen below for the settings)

9.  You will notice your ribbon is in the centre on top of your frame. What we want to do is move it over to the right so that just some of the ribbon is hanging over the edge of your frame then on your layer palette move this layer UNDER your frame layer.
(see my print screen below for what you should have now)

10.  "Layers", "Duplicate" then go to "Image", "Mirror" then "Image", "Flip"

11.
On your layer palette

**Note** My preview shows some "noise" added to my tag. If you'd like to do that as well and don't know how to add noise to a tag you can use the "DSB Flux Filter - Bright Noise". I have written a tutorial on how to use this filter if you'd like to try the tutorial to add the noise to your tag.

You can find the tutorial HERE

Animation really isn't necessary with this tag as it looks just as nice without ;)

I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial and as always I love to see your results and would love even more to post them on my website on the "Tutorials Results" page. Just go to my "contact me" page and send me a message.
