Let's Begin

1. Open a new canvas 600 x 600 white background

2. Open up the mask in PSP then open a paper from the scrap kit.  I choose paper CHC_Easter-Licious_Paper11 and "Edit", then "Copy" go back to your main canvas and
"Edit", "Paste as a new layer"

3.  "Layers", "New Mask Layer - From Image" and choose the settings shown in the print screen below.

4.  On your layers palette "right click" on the mask layer and
"merge group"

5.  We are going to rotate that one layer 90 degrees by going to "Image", "free rotate" using the settings shown in the box below

6.  Go to "Image", "Mirror".  Move your mask frame layer over to the left of your canvas.  See my print screen below for what I have now

7.  Take your magic wand tool and
click inside the frame until you have marching ants
The best settings I found to do this with are as follows;
(see print screen below)
Mode: Add(shift), Match mode: RGB Value, Tolerance: 102, Contiguous checked, Feather: 0, Anti-alias checked, Inside

8.
"Selections", "Modify", "Expand" and choose "15"

9.  Open a paper of choice, I chose CHC_Easter-Licious_Paper"Edit", "Copy" then back to your main canvas and "edit", "paste as a new layer".  "Selections" "Invert" (make sure you're on your paper layer) and hit your "delete" key on your keyboard.  *Selections*, "select none" On you layers palette move your paper layer UNDER your frame layer.

10.  Right click on your masked frame layer and "merge down" (what you're doing is merging your paper layer and your frame layer on to one.
(see print screen below for what mine looks like)

11.  Go to your EyeCandy 4000 by going to
"Effects" "Plug Ins", "EyeCandy4000", "Gradient Glow"
Play aroud with the settings and with the colors until you get an effect you like.
(I've print screened below a sample of what I've used)

12. Open up CHC_Easter-Licious_Doodle1 "edit", "copy" then "edit", "paste as a new layer" on to your canvas, then reduce size to 45% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "45%" all layers UNCHECKED. Move this layer BELOW your frame layer and place it where you like.  I moved mine slightly over to the right.   I then colorized my doodle by going to "Adjust", "Hue & Saturation", "Colorize".
(see my print screen below for the settings I used)

13. From the Easter-Licious Scrap Kit open up the following elements;

CHC_Easter-Licious_BasketFilledUp
CHC_Easter-Licious_Bow2
CHC_Easter-Licious_BunnyPop2
CHC_Easter-Licious_Callalily1
CHC_Easter-Licious_Callalily2
CHC_Easter-LiciousEgg2

We're going to put all these elements together to form an "arrangement" around the basket.  You can refer to my print screen below for placement of how I did the elements.

Starting with the CHC_Easter-Licious_BasketFilledUp "edit", "copy" then "edit", "paste as a new layer" on to your canvas, then reduce size to 45% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "45%" all layers UNCHECKED then "Image", "Mirror"  and with your move tool move over to the lower right hand side of the frame.

Next  find the CHC_Easter-Licious_BunnyPop2 "edit", "copy" then "edit", "paste as a new layer" on to your canvas, then reduce size to 35% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "35%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move it to the right of your basket.  I used my pick tool and rotated it the left a bit.

Next  find the CHC_Easter-Licious_Callalily2 "edit", "copy" then "edit", "paste as a new layer" on to your canvas, then reduce size to 45% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "45%" all layers UNCHECKED.  On your layers palette move this layer UNDER your bunnypop layer and place it behind and slightly to the right of the bunnypop

Next  find the CHC_Easter-Licious_Callalily1 "edit", "copy" then "edit", "paste as a new layer" on to your canvas, then reduce size to 45% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "45%" all layers UNCHECKED"Image", Mirror" and on your layers palette move this layer UNDER your Callalily2 layer and place it behind, up and slightly to the left of the Callalily2

Again with your CHC_Easter-Licious_Callalily2 "edit", "copy" then "edit", "paste as a new layer" on to your canvas, then reduce size to 50% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "50%" all layers UNCHECKED.  On your layers palette move this layer UNDER your Callalily 1 layer and place it behind, up and slightly to the right of the  Callalily 1 layer.

Next  find the CHC_Easter-LiciousEgg2 "edit", "copy" then "edit", "paste as a new layer" on to your canvas, then reduce size to 15% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "15%" all layers UNCHECKED"Image", Mirror" and on your layers palette move this layer on TOP of all your layers and place the egg just on top of the bottom of all the bottom of the stems.  I also used my pick tool here to rotate the egg slightly to the left.

Next  find the CHC_Easter-Licious_Bow2"edit", "copy" then "edit", "paste as a new layer" on to your canvas, then reduce size to 10% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "10%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Place the bow anywhere on the handle of the basket you like.

14.  On your layers palette close off the visibility (by clicking on the eye) of your bottom layer, your frame layer and your Doodle1 layer.  Now right click on any other layer and "merge visible".  Open back up your closed layers.

15.  Open up CHC_Easter-Licious_EasterGrass1 "edit", "copy" then "edit", "paste as a new layer" on to your canvas, then reduce size to 15% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "15%" all layers UNCHECKED. Move it down and to the left of the carrot.

16.  Open up CHC_Easter-Licious_Bunny3 "edit", "copy" then "edit", "paste as a new layer" on to your canvas, then reduce size to 25% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "25%" all layers UNCHECKED. Move it down and on top of the grass so he looks like he`s sitting on it (Isn`t he cute LOL).

17.   Open up CHC_Easter-Licious_Bunny1 "edit", "copy" then "edit", "paste as a new layer" on to your canvas, then reduce size to 30% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "30%" all layers UNCHECKED. Move the bunny to the lower part of the inside of the frame so it looks like he`s peeking over the edge.

18.  Open up CHC_Easter-Licious_Chick1 "edit", "copy" then "edit", "paste as a new layer" on to your canvas, then reduce size to 30% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "30%" all layers UNCHECKED. Move the chick inbetween the carrott and the purple egg.
(See the print screen below for what I`ve got now)

19.  Open up the wordart and "edit", "copy" and "edit" "paste" to your tag.  I added mine to the top and right of the frame.

20. Using a font of your choice add your name just above the bunny inside the frame.  I again used my pick tool and rotated it to the left a bit.

21.  You can now save your tag as a jpg or png file and

YOU'RE ALL DONE

**Note** My preview shows some "noise" added to parts of the tag. If you'd like to do that as well and don't know how to add noise to a tag you can use the "DSB Flux Filter - Bright Noise". I have written a tutorial on how to use this filter if you'd like to try the tutorial to add the noise to your tag.

You can find the tutorial HERE

Animation really isn't necessary with this tag as it looks just as nice without ;)

I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial and as always I love to see your results and would love even more to post them on my website on the "Tutorials Results" page. Just go to my "contact me" page and send me a message.
