Let's get started.

1.  Open a new canvas 600 x 600 transparent background

2.  Open up the LHD Candy Cane Square in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" and move down towards the bottom of your canvas.

3.  Open up the Candy Cane Stick in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" then reduce size to  85% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "85%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move to the left side of your canvas and on you layer palette move this layer BELOW your square layer
(see my print screen below for placement)

4.  On your layer palette right click on your candy cane stick layer and "duplicate" then up to "Image" then "mirror"

5.    Open up the LHD TopBannerBox in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" and move up and inbetween your 2 candy cane sticks.  Note:  You may have to move your candy cane stick layers in closer so they meet up to the edges of your top banner box
(see my print screen below for what I have now)

6.  Open up your tube(s) in PSP and then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" then reduce size to  65% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "65%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move to the left side on top of your bottom box and move it so she looks like she's leaning against the left candy cane stick.  You can then duplicate your tube layer and "image", "mirror" and use the same tube or as in my case I used Ice Princess with the black hair and "image", "mirrored" that tube for the right side.  (make sure you reduce the size down to 65% for that tube as well)
(see my print screen below for what I have now)

7.  Open up your LHDCandyCaneWordart1 in PSP and then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" then reduce size to  38% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "38%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move your wordart up into the top banner box.

8.  Open up your LHDCandyCaneWordart2 in PSP and then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" then move your wordart into the lower box. (Make sure your wordart layers are your top 2 layers on your layer palette)

9.  Click on your bottom layer on your layer palette to make it active then "Layers", "New Raster Layer" and flood fill it with a color of your choice. I chose to use a red color (#a00000)

10.  open up your mask in PSP then "Layers", "New Mask Layer",  "From Image"  When the settings box pops up arrow down and find your
SL-WinterSeasonMask2 (which is your mask)
(see my print screen below for the settings to use)

11.  On your layers palette right click on your mask layer and
"merge group" and move your mask layer up a bit so some of it shows above the top banner and out on either side of your tubes.
(see my print screen for what I have now)

12.  Open up your LHDCandyCaneCornerDoor in PSP and then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" and move inbetween your 2 candy cane stick layers
(see my print screen for what I have now)

13.  Open up your LHDCandyCaneCornerCC  in PSP and then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" and move it to the right side of the right door handle then on your layer palette. Right click on your candy cane layer and "duplicate" then "image" then "mirror"

14.  Add your artist copyright information and your name.  (I used a smaller font color white for my name) and added it just at the top under my top word art.

**If you don't want to do the animation and add the falling snow you can save your tag as a jpg now or a png file (to save the transparent background) and you're all done.   If you'd like to add the falling snow continue below.

TIME TO ADD THE FALLING SNOW IN ANIMATION SHOP

15.  Go up to "Edit", "Copy Special" then "Copy Merged"Open up Animation shop then "Edit", "Paste as a new animation"

16.  Now open up your "Falling Snow" animation from your supplies folder in Animation Shop.  You will notice when you open your falling snow animation that it has 19 frames

17.  Go back to your main tag that you brought over from PSP and "Edit" then "duplicate selected"  Continue to "duplicate selected" until you have 19 frames of your tag then up to "edit' then "select all"

18.  Go back to your falling snow animation and click on it to make it active and up to "Edit' then "Select All" then "Edit", "Copy".

19. Go back to your main tag and click on it to make active and "edit", then "select all"  Now you're going to paste the falling snow animation into your tag by going to "edit" "Paste" "into selected frame" and place the top of the snow at the top of your door frame.  Repeat the "edit" "Paste" "into selected frame" a few more times moving the top of the snow down a bit each time until you have the falling snow falling all the way down to the bottom of your door.

20.  You can now view the animation by Choosing "View" then "animation. If you like how it looks you can now save.

You're ALL DONE

**Note**
My preview shows some "noise" added to my tag. If you'd like to do that as well and don't know how to add noise to a tag you can use the "DSB Flux Filter - Bright Noise". I have written a tutorial on how to use this filter if you'd like to try the tutorial to add the noise to your tag.
