For this tutorial you will need

*  Bundle Pack (Tube/Scrap Kit) -  I used awesome artwork of Gennadiy Koufay and the matching Scrap Kit bundle from CDO (Creative Design Outlet) which can be purchased HERE

*********************

Let's get started.

From the scrapkit open up the following in PSP;

Tube of choice (I used 74-2)
Koufay-Package-74-ele3
Koufay-Package-74-ele18
Koufay-Package-74-ele37
Koufay-Package-74-ele44
Koufay-Package-74-ele46
Koufay-Package-74-ele55
Koufay-Package-74-ele67
Koufay-Package-74-ele69
Koufay-Package-74-Frame3

Note: Drop shadow your layers as you go if you wish. The drop Shadow used throughout is;
Vertical - 3
Horizontal -
Opacity - 20
Blur - 3
Color - Black

1.  Open a new canvas 700 x 700 transparent background.

2.   "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the Koufay-Package-74-ele18  and move it up and over to the left hand side of your canvas.
On your layer palette right click and "duplicate" then up to "image - mirror" then on your layer palette right click and "merge down" merging your 2 ele18 layers together.
On your layer palette right click on your merged layer and "duplicate" then up to "image - flip" then on your layer palette right click and "merge down" merging your 2 ele18layers together then  REDUCE the size to 90% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "90%" all layers UNCHECKED.
(see my print screen below for where I've placed mine)

3.   "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the Koufay-Package-74-Frame3 then  REDUCE the size to 80% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "80%" all layers UNCHECKED.

4 "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the Koufay-Package-74-ele55  and move it down to the bottom left hand side of the frame.

5.
"Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the Koufay-Package-74-ele44  and move it down to the bottom left hand side of the frame over ele55.  I moved mine so that the flowers on the right hand side were centred in the middle of the flowers the took my eraser tool and erased anything that was overhanging on the left side of my frame
(see my print screen below for where I've placed mine)

6.  "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the Koufay-Package-74-ele46  and make sure it's centred in the middle of the frame.

"Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas your tube and center it into the middle of the frame.  On your layer palette "right click" on your tube layer and "duplicate"  On your layer palette drag your duplicated layer UNDER your frame layer.  Click on your top tube layer to make it active then with your eraser tool start to erase parts of the tube that you'd like to make it look like she's coming out of the frame with her one leg hanging over.
(see my print screen below to see what I did with mine)

8.
"Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas elements Koufay-Package-74-ele67ele3, ele69  and ele37 .  Resize to your liking (I resized most of them down to 45% expect for ele3 which I resized to 65%) and arrange them bottom left side of your frame
(see my print screen below to see what I did with mine)

9.  With your text tool type out your name. I used a script font and place it where you'd like.

10.  Add the artist copyright information and save as a jpg or png file
(If you'd like a transparent background click on the eye on your layer palette to the left of your bottom white layer to hide it then save your tag as a png file)

ALL DONE!!

**Note**
My preview shows some "noise" added to my tag. If you'd like to do that as well and don't know how to add noise to a tag you can use the "DSB Flux Filter - Bright Noise". I have written a tutorial on how to use this filter if you'd like to try the tutorial to add the noise to your tag.

You can find the tutorial
HERE

Animation really isn't necessary with this tag as it looks just as nice without ;)
(below sample saved as a png file)

I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial
