*********************

Let's get started.

From the scrapkit open up the following in PSP;
3PD_HISSampler_ELE (1)
3PD_HISSampler_ELE (2)
3PD_HISSampler_ELE (6)
3PD_HISSampler_ELE
3PD_HISSampler_frame (1)
3PD_HISSampler_paper (4)

Note: Drop shadow your layers as you go if you wish. The drop Shadow used throughout is;
Vertical - 3
Horizontal - 2
Opacity - 20
Blur - 3
Color - Black

1.  Open a new canvas 700 x 700 white background.

2.   "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the 3PD_HISSampler_ELE (1) then  REDUCE the size to 85% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "85%" all layers UNCHECKED.

3.  Go up to your "Effects", "Plugins" and find the MuRa's Meister filter then choose "copies"
( See my print screen below for the settings I used.)

4.   "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the wordart then  REDUCE the size to 85% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "85%" all layers UNCHECKED.

5.  "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the 3PD_HISSampler_frame (1) then  REDUCE the size to 75% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "75%" all layers UNCHECKED and move it so that it's centered with the wordart (the wordart is just touching around the frame)
(see my print screen below for what I have now)

6.
On your layer palette click on your frame layer to make it active then t
ake your magic wand tool and click inside the inside the circular frame until you have marching ants. The best settings I found to do this with are as follows;
(see print screen below)
Mode: Add(shift), Match mode: RGB Value, Tolerance: 102, Contiguous checked, Feather: 0, Anti-alias checked, Inside

7.
"Selections", "Modify", "Expand" and choose "5"

8.  Open a paper of choice, I chose Paper 4.   "Edit", "Copy" then back to your main canvas and "edit", "paste as a new layer".  "Selections" "Invert" (make sure you're on your paper layer) and hit your "delete" key on your keyboard.  On you layers palette move your paper layer UNDER your wreath layer
"Selections - Select None"

9.  "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" the 3PD_HISSampler_ELE (2) then decrease the size to 65% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "65%" all layers UNCHECKED and move it over to the bottom left side of your frame.  On your layer palette right click on it and "duplicate" then up to "image - mirror".  On your layer palette right click on your TOP 3PD_HISSampler_ELE (2)  layer and "merge - down" merging your 3PD_HISSampler_ELE (2) layers together.
(see my print screen below for what I have now)

10.  "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" the 3PD_HISSampler_ELE (6) then decrease the size to 35% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "35%" all layers UNCHECKED and move it over to left side and position it so it looks like it's hanging from the centre of the left bottom bow.  On your layer palette right click on it and "duplicate" then up to "image - mirror".  On your layer palette right click on your TOP 3PD_HISSampler_ELE (6)  layer and "merge - down" merging your 3PD_HISSampler_ELE (2) layers together.
(see my print screen below for what I have now)

11.   "Edit - copy", then "edit - paste as a new layer" on to your main canvas the 3PD_HISSampler_ELE  then  REDUCE the size to 50% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "50%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move it down below your frame inbetween the 2  bows.

12.  "Edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" your tube.  I decreased the size down to about 705% and move it into the centre of your frame.
On your layer palette drag your tube layer UNDER your bows layer
(see my print screen below for what I have now)

13.  Add your name (I used a script type font)

24.  Add the artist copyright information and save as a jpg or png file
(If you'd like a transparent background click on the eye on your layer palette to the left of your bottom white layer to hide it then save your tag as a png file)

ALL DONE!!

**Note**
My preview shows some "noise" added to my tag. If you'd like to do that as well and don't know how to add noise to a tag you can use the "DSB Flux Filter - Bright Noise". I have written a tutorial on how to use this filter if you'd like to try the tutorial to add the noise to your tag.

You can find the tutorial HERE

Animation really isn't necessary with this tag as it looks just as nice without ;)
I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial
