Let's get started.

1.  Open a new canvas 600 x 600 white background

2.  Open up the bcs silver heart in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer".  Move it up and to the right on your canvas.

3.  With your your freehand selection tool set to selection type - "edge seeker" and mode - "add"
(see print screen below for help if you're not sure where these settings are)

start to trace INSDE the heart shape. Start to click around it and once you have reached the spot you started double click and you should see marching ants around it.
(see my print screen below for what I have now)

4.
"Selections", "Modify", "Expand" and choose "2"

5.  On your layers palette and a new raster layer and move it UNDER your heart frame layer

6.  Open up one of the papers supplied in PSP (I chose to use bcs paperfifteen) and *selections*, *select all* then "edit", *copy* go back to your main canvas and making sure you've got the layer activated that you just added and moved under your heart frame layer *edit", then
*paste into selection*

7.  Open up the tube in PSP and "edit", "copy" go back to your main canvas and "edit", "paste as new layer"  move the part of the tube you'd like to faintly show in the middle of the heart frame.  Then "selections",  "invert" and hit the delete key on your keyboard.  On the layer palette change the "blend mode" to "luminance" and reduce the "opacity" to about "45%".  "Selections"  "Select None"
(see print screen below for what I have now)

8.   Open up the bcs silver doodle in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer".  Move it down to the bottom at the base of the heart frame.

9.  open bcs hanging heartfour and "edit", "copy" then "edit" "paste as a new layer" on to your canvas then reduce size to  80% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "80%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move this heart up and over to the left until your liking
(see my  print screen below for what I have now)

10.   Open up the Dblbowattitude in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer".  Move it to the top centre of your main heart frame.

11.   Open up the bcs small glitter bow in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" then reduce size to  40% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "40%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move this bow up and on top of your dbl bow attitude.
(see print screen for what I have now)

12. Go back to your tube and "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" then reduce size to  55% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "55%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move your tube over to the left of your canvas

13.  Open up the bcs wire beads in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer" then reduce size to  65% by going to "Image" , "Resize" "65%" all layers UNCHECKED.  Move this down and just over to the left so it's going over your tube looking like it's wrapping behind her (I also took my eraser tool and erased the area furtherst to the left so it looked like it was looping behind her)
(see print screen for what I have now)

14.  Open up the bcs diamond divider in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer".  Move it to the bottom just at the base  of your tube.

15.  Open up the wordart in PSP then "edit", "copy" then on your main canvas "edit", "paste as new layer".  Move it to the bottom right hand side.
(see print screen for what I have now)

16.  With a font of your choice (I used Ckiptz Victoria), type out your name and place it in the centre of the smaller heart. Give it a drop shadow of your choice.

17.  Add all the proper copyright information and save as a jpg or png file and you're.

ALL DONE

**Note** My preview shows some "noise" added to my tag. If you'd like to do that as well and don't know how to add noise to a tag you can use the "DSB Flux Filter - Bright Noise". I have written a tutorial on how to use this filter if you'd like to try the tutorial to add the noise to your tag.

You can find the tutorial HERE

Animation really isn't necessary with this tag as it looks just as nice without ;)

I hope you have enjoyed this tutorial and as always I love to see your results and would love even more to post them on my website on the "Tutorials Results" page. Just go to my "contact me" page and send me a message.
